Just Keep Moving

Qoutes

Hi everyone!  I hope you all had a fabulous weekend!

Since last week, I’ve done a much better job at finding my own balance.  It really is a refreshing change of pace to be able to accomplish the goals/tasks you set out for yourself and actually enjoy the process in real time.  I managed to fit in my work outs , do some significant blog work, bake 60 mini pumpkin and apple pies (don’t worry, I’ll be posting the details for that later this week!), construct 4 floral centerpieces and host a clam bake/surprise birthday party!  Sometimes, I’m shocked at how productive we all can be if we just keep moving.

Here are a few tidbits from my weekend “ride”…

Friday night's project. Super easy (just a container, some floral foam and a few dozen pink spray roses), super inexpensive and super beautiful when they're done.

My hydrangeas have entered into their "tye-die" stage... Once brilliant blue, they are now a soft wash of color that almost makes me love them more.

Just a quick spray of metallic paint turned my mini pumpkins into display worthy objects.

A recent fall update really makes my family room feel so much warmer and cozy. How "cool" are those pillows?! Pun absolutely intended. Still waiting on a few indigo dyed Shibori throw pillows to complete the space.
