Fall 2013 Hair Trends: Bang It Out!

Bang It Out

Just like the moon, my hair whimsies also come in predictable seasonal phases.  For example, Spring always calls for a major cut and refresh, a rebirth of sorts.  Summer is less about style and more about function-  managing frizz, encouraging growth and getting that long-beachy-waves look.  Now, Fall is upon us and for my hair, that tends to mean the arrival of BANGS!

Each September that itch comes to lop off a good chunk of perfectly good hair.  I hem and haw about it for a few weeks, then generally take the plunge.  This year, the final push I needed came in the form of an article touting the youth enhancing benefits of bangs.  SOLD.  Hook, line and sinker!  All kidding aside, I do believe bangs have this youthful feel to them and draw attention to your most beautiful and unique feature: your face.
