About The Heart's Delight

Well, hello there!

My name is Stella and I’m an addict.  Yes, I’m addicted to all things lovely, happy, stylish and beautiful. In addition to filling my closet, home and belly, these things fill my heart.  Here is a little bit more about me and the inspiration behind “The Heart’s Delight.”

As a former executive on Wall Street and a busy mom of 2 young children, I was in desperate need of a creative outlet where I could express my personal style- in fashion, food and home.  Finding a passion to call my own was an exciting proposition and a nice distraction from the day-to-day grind.  Having full creative freedom is something that I do not take for granted, and I hope you enjoy this final product.

I can’t wait to share with you all of my daily inspirations and musings.  Hopefully, you too will find your heart’s delight within the pages!

As always, many thanks for stopping by.

Would you mind sharing where you got your sandals? Look like the perfect pair!

The sandals that I think you’re asking about were found at TJ Maxx! They’re an Italian brand called Niccolo Vacari and were $29.99. You still might be able to track them down 😉

I don’t understand how the 24k ring can be that low price. That’s why I am wary of etsy.

Hi Jeanne! Most of the jewelry that you’ll find on Etsy, is NOT fine jewelry unless otherwise stated. The 24K gold is generally a gold dipped or plated product, which I’ve purchased and loved. If you ARE looking for solid gold or fine jewels, make sure you select the “FINE JEWELRY” tab under the general jewelry category, read descriptions carefully, and make sure to check out the vendor’s reviews. Happy shopping! XO, Stella
